Привет всем! Хочу рассказать своей историей жизни, которая перевернула мой мир.
Всю жизнь я испытывал колоссальное напряжение из-за своей внешности — из-за заячьей губы меня гновили в школе и на улице.
Каждый новый день был настоящим адом, нервы были на пределе, и в какой-то момент я почти
решился на самоубийство, потому что казалось, что выхода нет.
Слава богу, в самый критический момент я пересилил себя
и обратился за помощью к психологу.
Сейчас я понимаю, что это было поворотный момент, который
вернул мне надежду. Работа
со специалистом помогла мне победить глубокую депрессию и выбросить из
головы все черные мысли.
Спустя совсем немного времени после начала терапии моя
жизнь начала налаживаться на глазах.
Я познакомился с прекрасной девушкой,
которая полюбила меня таким, какой я есть, и устроился на хорошую работу, о которой раньше мог только мечтать.
Теперь я искренне радуюсь каждому
дню. Если вы чувствуете, что больше не
справляетесь, запомните:
обратиться к психологу — это не слабость, а спасение, это реально
спасает жизни!
