COMPOSITION OF THE FILE
- Stamped request addressed to the Minister of Secondary Education specifying the inconsistencies;
- Certified photocopy of the birth certificate;
- Original of diploma / certificate of achievement / transcript;
- Certified photocopy of the CEPE / CEP or the references (sub-center and session) of the application for the said examination for refused candidates;
- A request for a certificate of achievement or a transcript. (see attached model);
- 500 fcfa processing fees.

Diploma loss file
COMPOSITION OF THE FILE
- Stamped declaration of loss addressed to the Minister of Secondary Education;
- Certificate of declaration of loss signed by a competent authority;
- Simple photocopy of the diploma or the entry page (for exam sessions from 2004 to the present day);
- A request for a certificate of achievement or a transcript. (see attached model);
- 500 fcfa processing fees.

Authentification of certificates file
THE MINISTER OF SECONDARY EDUCATION INFORMS THE PUBLIC THAT CERTIFICATION OF DIPLOMAS IN THE MINISTRY OF SECONDARY EDUCATION IS CARRIED OUT ONLY ON REQUEST BY GOVERNEMENT ADMINISTRATIONS, DIPLOMATIC MISSIONS, ORGANISATIONS AND OTHER LEGALLY RECOGNISED STRUCTURES (EMPLOYERS) AND NOT BY INDIVIDUALS.
FURTHERMORE, LEGAL SERVICE PROVIDER FIRMS WILL HAVE TO PRODUCE AN OFFICIAL AND SIGNED AUTHORISATION FROM THE STRUCTURES THEY REPRESENT INDICATING THEREIN THE PURPOSE OF THE SAID SERVICE.
