I came across

while reading a tech blog about digital assistants. The topic of conversational AI always seemed complicated to me, but this site explained it in a simple, down-to-earth way. What grabbed my attention was how they focus on making chatbots actually sound natural, not robotic. It made me look differently at how companies communicate with users online.
